Smart Business Diagnosis

See how business diagnosis is evolving in organizations with AI agents.

  • Prebuilt agent Ready to use, we do not start from scratch. We start from an agent prepared for this process and configure it with your rules, your systems and your way of working.
  • Best practices Built in from day one.The agent's instructions incorporate the process practices we have applied when automating it in different organizations.
  • Configured by experts Functional and technology consultants.Specialized consultants support the configuration, integration, testing and go-live of the agent in your operation.
  • Agent platform Workforce AI.The agent runs on Workforce AI, GIITIC's own platform that centralizes security, permissions, audit, usage and administration of all your agents.
  • Process experience Processes + technology + enterprise software.Behind every agent are years of experience implementing enterprise software and automating processes in companies across Latin America.
  • GIITIC software ecosystem The tools the agent needs. We integrate with your current systems and, if you are missing one, the GIITIC ecosystem provides the modules the agent needs to query and act.
The current challenge

How it is done today, and why it is no longer enough

Many decisions are made without fully understanding what’s going on: in a McKinsey global survey, only 37% said their organization’s decisions are both fast and high quality, and 61% said most of their decision-making time is used ineffectively.

  • Symptoms, not causes
  • Disconnected departments
  • External factors ignored
  • Opinions without evidence
  • Unquantified impact
  • Late diagnoses

Smart Business Diagnosis agent

Smart Business Diagnosis agent, an artificial intelligence agent

I'm an artificial intelligence agent trained by experts, ready to use and built with best practices. I am here to investigate why a problem or an opportunity is happening: I connect information from different areas with internal and external factors, test the possible causes against the evidence, estimate their impact and give you clear conclusions about what’s happening and why. Anything the data doesn’t confirm, I point out to you.

Prebuilt, but adaptable to each organization.

How I work

  1. I detectProblem or opportunityI receive the question: a variance, an alert, a recurring complaint or a concern from leadership.
  2. I connectInformation from several areasI gather sales, operations, finance, talent and customer data around the same question.
  3. I incorporateInternal and external factorsI add internal and external context: market, prices, competitors, weather, regulations and season.
  4. I analyzePossible causesI form hypotheses and test them against the data until causes are separated from symptoms.
  5. I assessImpactI estimate how much each cause weighs on the result and its effect on revenue, costs or service.
  6. I concludeDiagnosisI show you what’s happening and why, with the evidence, the level of certainty and what remains to be confirmed.

Reduce rework, errors and manual work so your operation delivers more with the same resources.

    • Avoids investing in solutions that only treat symptoms
    • Reduces the hours analysts and executives spend gathering data
    • Sizes the impact so you can prioritize where it matters most
    • Finds the cause before the problem grows

How work evolves

Your team moves from operating to deciding

The capacity the agent frees up goes to analysis, decisions, relationships, exceptions, improvement and innovation.

  1. No more low-value manual tasks

    • Requesting data from each department and waiting for a reply
    • Cross-checking sources in spreadsheets to find the why
    • Searching manually for market and external information
    • Defending explanations with opinions instead of data
    • Redoing the analysis every time a new question comes up
  2. The team adds value to the operation

    • Discussing causes with evidence and deciding faster
    • Contributing the business judgment the data doesn’t show
    • Digging into the questions the diagnosis leaves open
    • Taking the diagnosis into action planning
    • Improving the quality of data and indicators
  3. Your team's professional growth

    • Business diagnosis analystValidates the causes the agent finds and adds the context the data doesn’t have.
    • Agent supervisorReviews the quality of the diagnoses, adjusts sources and criteria and governs the agent’s knowledge.
    • Strategic partner to leadershipTurns diagnoses into decision-making conversations with the committee.
Enterprise knowledge

Agents are only as good as the knowledge and context they handle

It is one of the great challenges of enterprise artificial intelligence (AI): an agent without clear rules, reliable data and business context makes mistakes or stops. That is why knowledge is prepared, governed and improved as part of the project.

  • The company’s indicators, targets and definitions
  • Business structure: product lines, regions, channels and customers
  • Known cause-and-effect relationships between processes
  • Internal sources and how they map across systems

The knowledge this agent handles

  • Reliable external sources: market, prices, weather and regulations
  • Previous diagnoses and what was learned from them
  • People to consult in each area

60%

of AI projects without AI-ready data will be abandoned through 2026, according to Gartner. Gartner, “Lack of AI-Ready Data Puts AI Projects at Risk,” February 2025

We connect the agent with virtually any application, API, service or data source in your company, whether GIITIC or third-party systems.

Integrations this agent requires

  • ERP, CRM and operations systemsYour ERP or CRM (SAP, Salesforce or others) or GIITIC: sales, costs, purchasing, operations, talent and customers.
  • External sourcesMarket, price, rate, weather or regulatory data from the sources your company defines.
  • Data, BI and analyticsData warehouses, BI dashboards and alerts or analyses your company already uses.
  • Email, chat and documentsChannels to consult the people responsible and deliver the diagnosis.

Base systems for agents

If you do not have the base system, we provide reduced versions of GIITIC modules with the capabilities the agent needs to work.

  • Executive management for agentsA reduced version of GIITIC Integrated Executive Management System: leadership’s objectives, indicators, targets and dashboards.
  • Accounting for agentsA reduced version of GIITIC Accounting: closed figures, cost centers and financial statements.
  • Applications and ERP
  • APIs and web services
  • Databases and files
  • MCP (Model Context Protocol), when applicable

An agent needs software tools to query information and carry out actions. Without them, it stays a conversation. That is why we cover both paths: connecting to what you already have or giving you what you are missing.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Smart Business Diagnosis

What problems or opportunities can the artificial intelligence agent diagnose?
Drops or increases in sales, margins, costs, accounts receivable, staff turnover, service or operations, and opportunities such as a growing segment or a channel that performs better than expected. Questions, sources and scope are confirmed when the project is scoped.
How is it different from data analysis and strategic planning?
The Smart Data Analysis agent detects and quantifies what’s happening; this agent investigates why it happens and what impact it has. Strategies and action plans are proposed by the Smart Strategic Planning agent, based on the diagnosis.
How do I know the causes it finds are correct?
Each conclusion comes with the evidence, the sources and the level of certainty, and separates what’s proven from what is still a hypothesis. Anything the data doesn’t confirm, it checks with the people responsible or flags for you to validate before deciding.
Do I need GIITIC, or can I use my current systems?
You can use your current systems. The agent integrates with your ERP, CRM, data warehouses, BI tools and external sources through APIs, services, files or MCP where applicable. If you don’t have the base system, we provide agent modules with the capabilities it needs.
What knowledge does it need, and who maintains it?
Your indicators, business structure, internal and external sources and the people responsible in each area: it’s the context the AI needs. We help you capture it, organize it and keep it up to date with the Workforce AI knowledge tools, with defined owners.
Who controls what the agent does?
Workforce AI centralizes permissions by agent, human approvals, traceability of sources and conclusions, statuses and errors, auditing and usage control. You define which sources it consults, whom it asks and which diagnoses require approval before they’re shared.
How long does implementation take, and how much does it cost?
It depends on your data sources, the business questions you want to answer and the volume. Starting from a prebuilt agent avoids developing from scratch. First we talk and scope the project with you; then we prepare the proposal. We don’t publish prices.
What happens to my analysts and executives?
They stop chasing data and arguing over opinions, and spend their time validating causes, contributing business judgment and deciding. The agent expands their capacity; it doesn’t leave them without control.
