Smart Work Supervision

See how work supervision is evolving in organizations with AI agents.

  • Prebuilt agent Ready to use, we do not start from scratch. We start from an agent prepared for this process and configure it with your rules, your systems and your way of working.
  • Best practices Built in from day one.The agent's instructions incorporate the process practices we have applied when automating it in different organizations.
  • Configured by experts Functional and technology consultants.Specialized consultants support the configuration, integration, testing and go-live of the agent in your operation.
  • Agent platform Workforce AI.The agent runs on Workforce AI, GIITIC's own platform that centralizes security, permissions, audit, usage and administration of all your agents.
  • Process experience Processes + technology + enterprise software.Behind every agent are years of experience implementing enterprise software and automating processes in companies across Latin America.
  • GIITIC software ecosystem The tools the agent needs. We integrate with your current systems and, if you are missing one, the GIITIC ecosystem provides the modules the agent needs to query and act.
The current challenge

How it is done today, and why it is no longer enough

Feedback on work arrives rarely and late: in a Gallup study of nearly 15,000 employees, only 16% said their last conversation with their manager had been very meaningful.

  • Sample-based review
  • Errors found late
  • Criteria in people’s heads
  • Late feedback
  • Corrections without follow-up
  • Supervisors stuck in operational tasks

Smart Work Supervision agent

Smart Work Supervision agent, an artificial intelligence agent

I'm an artificial intelligence agent trained by experts, ready to use and built with best practices. I am here to review the work your team delivers against the results and quality criteria you defined: I detect what’s incomplete, errors and risks, ask the right person for corrections and verify they get done. Anything that requires judgment, I escalate to you with the evidence.

Prebuilt, but adaptable to each organization.

How I work

  1. I detectDelivered workI identify each deliverable, order, document or closed case that must go through review.
  2. I understandQuality criteriaI read the expected results, checklists and standards you defined.
  3. I analyzeFull reviewI review every deliverable, not a sample, and compare it with the criteria and the evidence.
  4. I decideFindingsI classify what’s missing, errors and risks by severity.
  5. I executeCorrectionsI ask each responsible person for the correction, with the detail and evidence of the finding.
  6. I verifyClosure and learningI confirm the correction was made, escalate what requires judgment and consolidate frequent errors.

    • Verifies corrections without waiting for the next review
    • Frees supervisors to handle what requires their judgment
  • Higher quality

Standardize the work and control every step so your information is reliable and your results are consistent.

    • Reviews 100% of the work, not just a sample
    • Applies the same criteria to all people and teams
    • Leaves evidence of every finding, correction and closure
    • Shows the most repeated errors so you can fix their cause

How work evolves

Your team moves from operating to deciding

The capacity the agent frees up goes to analysis, decisions, relationships, exceptions, improvement and innovation.

  1. No more low-value manual tasks

    • Reviewing work samples one by one
    • Writing to each person to request corrections
    • Chasing people to make the corrections
    • Tracking the errors found in spreadsheets
    • Reviewing late what has already reached the customer
  2. The team adds value to the operation

    • Coaching and developing people with concrete data
    • Resolving the cases that require judgment
    • Fixing the causes of the most repeated errors
    • Improving the criteria and checklists
    • Recognizing good work on time
  3. Your team's professional growth

    • Quality coachUses the agent’s findings to coach each person and improve their work.
    • Agent supervisorReviews the quality of the reviews, adjusts criteria and governs the agent’s knowledge.
    • Continuous improvement analystTurns frequent errors into changes in process, training or tools.
Enterprise knowledge

Agents are only as good as the knowledge and context they handle

It is one of the great challenges of enterprise artificial intelligence (AI): an agent without clear rules, reliable data and business context makes mistakes or stops. That is why knowledge is prepared, governed and improved as part of the project.

  • Expected results and quality criteria by type of work
  • Checklists, standards and procedures
  • Severity of each type of finding and escalation rules

The knowledge this agent handles

  • Who is responsible for each piece of work and its correction
  • Deadlines for correction and closure
  • History of findings and frequent errors by team

60%

of AI projects without AI-ready data will be abandoned through 2026, according to Gartner. Gartner, “Lack of AI-Ready Data Puts AI Projects at Risk,” February 2025

Integration

We integrate with your environment

We connect the agent with virtually any application, API, service or data source in your company, whether GIITIC or third-party systems.

Integrations this agent requires

  • Systems where work is recordedService orders, cases, documents, projects or transactions in your ERP, CRM or other systems.
  • Field and operations appsMobile apps and forms where the team records photos, signatures, materials and times.
  • Email, chat and notificationsChannels to request corrections, send alerts and escalate to the person responsible.

Base systems for agents

If you do not have the base system, we provide reduced versions of GIITIC modules with the capabilities the agent needs to work.

  • Applications and ERP
  • APIs and web services
  • Databases and files
  • MCP (Model Context Protocol), when applicable

An agent needs software tools to query information and carry out actions. Without them, it stays a conversation. That is why we cover both paths: connecting to what you already have or giving you what you are missing.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Smart Work Supervision

What type of work does the artificial intelligence agent review?
Deliverables recorded in your systems: service orders, cases handled, documents, quotes, accounting records or project tasks, reviewed against the criteria you define. The types of work and systems are confirmed when the project is scoped.
Does the agent monitor people or measure their activity?
No. The agent reviews the result of the work against quality criteria; it doesn’t measure activity on the computer or make disciplinary decisions. Evaluating people remains in their managers’ hands.
What happens when it finds a problem?
It asks the person who did the work for the correction, with the detail and evidence, and verifies that it gets done. Anything that requires judgment, has a financial effect or involves a customer, it escalates to the supervisor with its proposal.
Do I need GIITIC, or can I use my current systems?
You can use your systems. The agent integrates with your ERP, CRM, field apps and communication channels through APIs, services, files or MCP where applicable. If you don’t have the base system, we provide agent modules with the capabilities it needs.
How does it adapt to my quality criteria?
The agent is prebuilt, but our consultants configure it with your criteria, checklists, severity levels, owners and deadlines, and test it with your cases before putting it to work.
Who controls what the agent does?
Workforce AI centralizes permissions by agent, human approvals, traceability of findings and decisions, statuses and errors, auditing and usage control. You define what it reviews, what it corrects directly and what it escalates.
How long does implementation take, and how much does it cost?
It depends on your systems, types of work, volume and criteria. Starting from a prebuilt agent avoids developing from scratch. First we talk and scope the project with you; then we prepare the proposal. We don’t publish prices.
What happens to supervisors?
They stop reviewing samples and chasing corrections, and spend their time coaching the team, resolving the cases that require judgment and improving processes. The agent expands their capacity; it doesn’t leave them without control.
