Smart Data Analysis

See how business data analysis is evolving in organizations with AI agents.

  • Prebuilt agent Ready to use, we do not start from scratch. We start from an agent prepared for this process and configure it with your rules, your systems and your way of working.
  • Best practices Built in from day one.The agent's instructions incorporate the process practices we have applied when automating it in different organizations.
  • Configured by experts Functional and technology consultants.Specialized consultants support the configuration, integration, testing and go-live of the agent in your operation.
  • Agent platform Workforce AI.The agent runs on Workforce AI, GIITIC's own platform that centralizes security, permissions, audit, usage and administration of all your agents.
  • Process experience Processes + technology + enterprise software.Behind every agent are years of experience implementing enterprise software and automating processes in companies across Latin America.
  • GIITIC software ecosystem The tools the agent needs. We integrate with your current systems and, if you are missing one, the GIITIC ecosystem provides the modules the agent needs to query and act.
The current challenge

How it is done today, and why it is no longer enough

Many decisions are still made without looking at the data: in BARC’s Data Culture survey, only 32% of organizations make decisions mainly based on data; 51% combine data and gut feeling.

  • Data in many systems
  • Indicators by hand
  • Insights that arrive late
  • Hidden anomalies
  • Unvalidated data
  • Missed opportunities

Smart Data Analysis agent

Smart Data Analysis agent, an artificial intelligence agent

I'm an artificial intelligence agent trained by experts, ready to use and built with best practices. I am here to analyze your company’s data continuously: I connect to your sources, extract and validate the data, keep your indicators up to date and detect trends, variances, anomalies and opportunities, quantified and with their source. Anything that exceeds your thresholds, I let you know in time.

Prebuilt, but adaptable to each organization.

How I work

  1. I detectNew dataI identify the data arriving in your systems: sales, costs, inventory, receivables or operations.
  2. I understandSources and definitionsI extract the data from each source, validate its quality and apply your indicator definitions.
  3. I analyzeTrends and variancesI compare with previous periods, targets and usual ranges by region, product or customer.
  4. I decideAnomalies and opportunitiesI separate what matters from the noise according to your thresholds and quantify its impact.
  5. I executeIndicators and reportsI update your indicators and deliver reports with the findings, charts and the source of every figure.
  6. I verifyAlerts and follow-upI alert the owner to whatever exceeds the threshold and confirm they reviewed it.

How work evolves

Your team moves from operating to deciding

The capacity the agent frees up goes to analysis, decisions, relationships, exceptions, improvement and innovation.

  1. No more low-value manual tasks

    • Exporting data from several systems to spreadsheets
    • Cleaning and merging sources by hand every week
    • Updating indicators and charts one by one
    • Reviewing every indicator looking for variances
    • Chasing other departments to confirm figures
  2. The team adds value to the operation

    • Interpreting the findings with the business
    • Digging deeper into the variances that matter most
    • Recommending actions to leadership
    • Improving indicator definitions and thresholds
    • Raising data quality at the source
  3. Your team's professional growth

    • Business analytics partnerTurns the agent’s findings into conversations and decisions with each department.
    • Agent supervisorReviews the quality of the analyses, adjusts thresholds and sources and governs the agent’s knowledge.
    • Data quality ownerKeeps the sources and definitions the agent uses reliable.
Enterprise knowledge

Agents are only as good as the knowledge and context they handle

It is one of the great challenges of enterprise artificial intelligence (AI): an agent without clear rules, reliable data and business context makes mistakes or stops. That is why knowledge is prepared, governed and improved as part of the project.

  • Company indicators, definitions and formulas
  • Data sources and their equivalence across systems
  • Targets, budgets and comparison periods
  • Usual ranges and alert thresholds by indicator

The knowledge this agent handles

  • Analysis dimensions: regions, products, channels and customers
  • Owner of each indicator and who to alert
  • Data quality and confidentiality rules

60%

of AI projects without AI-ready data will be abandoned through 2026, according to Gartner. Gartner, “Lack of AI-Ready Data Puts AI Projects at Risk,” February 2025

Integration

We integrate with your environment

We connect the agent with virtually any application, API, service or data source in your company, whether GIITIC or third-party systems.

Integrations this agent requires

  • ERP, CRM and operations systemsYour ERP or CRM (SAP, Salesforce or others) or GIITIC: sales, costs, inventory, receivables and operations.
  • Data warehouses, BI and spreadsheetsData warehouses, BI dashboards and spreadsheets your company already uses.
  • Email, chat and notificationsChannels to alert the people responsible and distribute the indicator reports.

Your agent, connected to your operation

Base systems for agents

If you do not have the base system, we provide reduced versions of GIITIC modules with the capabilities the agent needs to work.

  • Executive management for agentsA reduced version of GIITIC Integrated Executive Management System: leadership’s indicators, targets and dashboards.
  • Sales for agentsA reduced version of GIITIC Sales: orders, invoices, prices and discounts the agent analyzes.
  • Applications and ERP
  • APIs and web services
  • Databases and files
  • MCP (Model Context Protocol), when applicable

An agent needs software tools to query information and carry out actions. Without them, it stays a conversation. That is why we cover both paths: connecting to what you already have or giving you what you are missing.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Smart Data Analysis

What data can the artificial intelligence agent analyze?
Sales, costs, margins, inventory, receivables, purchasing, production, service or other data from your systems, with the permissions you define. Sources, indicators and frequency are confirmed when the project is scoped.
Does the agent explain why an indicator changed?
It shows you what changed, by how much and where it’s concentrated: region, product, channel or customer. Investigating the causes is the job of the smart business diagnosis agent, which can start from these findings.
Does the agent make forecasts?
No. It analyzes actual data against previous periods, targets, thresholds and usual ranges. Forecasts and predictive models belong to GIITIC Analytics; the agent can use their results.
Do I need GIITIC, or can I use my current systems?
You can use your current systems. The agent integrates with your ERP, CRM, data warehouses and BI tools through APIs, services, files or MCP where applicable. If you don’t have the base system, we provide agent modules with the capabilities it needs.
What knowledge does it need, and who maintains it?
Your indicators, definitions, sources, targets, thresholds and the people responsible: it’s the context the AI needs. We help you capture it, organize it and keep it up to date with the Workforce AI knowledge tools, with defined owners.
Who controls what the agent does?
Workforce AI centralizes permissions by agent, human approvals, traceability of sources and findings, statuses and errors, auditing and usage control. You define what it publishes on its own and what requires approval.
How long does implementation take, and how much does it cost?
It depends on your data sources, indicators and volume. Starting from a prebuilt agent avoids developing from scratch. First we talk and scope the project with you; then we prepare the proposal. We don’t publish prices.
What happens to my analysts?
They stop exporting, cleaning and updating indicators by hand, and spend their time interpreting the findings, digging deeper with the business and recommending. The agent expands their capacity; it doesn’t leave them without control.
